OussX built the uTrackMe (aka xGpsTracker) app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by OussX at no cost and is intended for use as is.

You may also correct, update, or amend your personal information in your profile settings within the utrackme website or by emailing us. Removing uTrackMe Gps tracker app from your mobile device will not delete your data that has been retained about you. If you leave your groups, we will retain your user content in the event that you would like to access it in the future. Your content can be deleted permanently by emailing a request to utrackme.2k@gmail.com.

We store and process your data because it is in our legitimate interests to do so. We only keep your data for as long as we need it and delete it when we no longer require it.
